Toward the One is a center for healing using scientific and spiritual methods. Tsukina and Tzaddi have curated this experience for you, with cafe, classes, healing sessions, and retreat sessions at nearby accommodation. We welcome you to come and deepen your self-knowledge and increase your connection to life energy.

Tsukina has been a student of universalist Sufism in the lineage of Hazrat Inayat Khan since 1995.  She is ordained as a healing conductor in the Dervish Healing Order and as a Healing Cherag in the Sufi Healing Order.

She began her study of qi gong in 1994 and was given permission to teach in 1998. She bears certificates in Jin Shin Do style acupressure and Raphaelite Work spiritual healing, and has a master’s degree in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University.  

As a teacher and mentor she counts people of many religions and no religion among her students and friends.

Tzaddi is a Butoh dancer, somatic psychologist and cognitive scientist. He began dancing Butoh in 2000 with Joan Laage, dkPan, Sheri Brown and Maureen Momo Freehill in Seattle, WA. In 2001 – 2003, he studied with Yumiko Yoshioka in Berlin and Schloss Broellin. In the same period, he studied, taught and performed in Berlin, Paris and Barcelona with his troupe Kyoki Gaijin, establishing a Butoh and circus school in the Poblé Nou barrio of Barcelona. Most recently, he has been deepening his Butoh with Imre Thormann in France and Rhizome Lee at the Subbody Butoh School in Dharamsala, India. His study of somatic psychology began in 2001 when he met his mentor Dr. Daniel Schiff. He has since completed a 5 year training course in Neo-Reichian somatic psychotherapy with Dr. Schiff and Mitch Singer. Most recently, he has been working to integrate Butoh dance and Reichian bodywork into a system of performer training as well as a healing modality. He holds a BSc. from the University of Illinois and an MSc. from DePaul University, where he studied Psychology, Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence.
